Designed future state ETE processes to support client journeys. Quick fixes returned15-30% as a result of the ETE approach and methods while enabling growth and managing costs. Achieved meaningful improvements in auto approval rates, time to decision and pull-through rates. Ongoing initiatives are utilizing the methods and approach as part of business as usual.

Syndicated process change on an ETE basis to change the dialogue, ETE behavior and culture. ETE analytics and process measures drove transparency and compelled business leaders to take action. ETE process management methods identified and built consensus for significant operating model changes and ongoing improvements.

Executed technology improvements to the process on an ETE basis. Examples include voice signature, workflow case routing and other calculation and operating model improvements to significantly improve the ETE process. These changes were completed without large-scale investments in technology.

Over 24 months, created alignment about the use of client and employee experience based operational ETE process metrics that are now part of business as usual as a part of operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Created and established a process management Centre of Excellence (COE) to digitally measure processes on an ETE basis. This COE is now part of business as usual operations and has several additional process management initiatives underway.

Established ETE process ownership roles for mortgages and cards enabling the regular use of ETE dashboards and metrics for continuous improvement.

Business case benefits that will be realized over the life of the program are in the 10’s of millions of dollars. These benefits were validated on an ETE basis by all finance and business teams. Total benefits are several times the actual cost of the ETE program. These benefits create operational leverage. The Corporate Executive Board study estimates that firms that have effective ETE process management grow 42% faster and are 18% more efficient.
